#HaloInfinite is running phenomenally well on #SteamDeck with GE #Proton.
60FPS on some levels and close to 60 on others. Better than I ever though it would run!
Quick bout of #HaloInfinite tonight. #gaming And some #GarbagePailKids which is a darn neat game!!!
58.09% accuracy no aim assist. Gyro is awesome 👍 mapped to stick sadly, would be ever better mapped to mouse. #HaloInfinite #GyroAiming
I worked late tonight and could only get a few minutes of gaming in. I played #HaloInfinite and this was my best game, in a really far away server because ping was pretty poor. #gaming #gyroaiming

Tip: Season 3 of #HaloInfinite has no aim assist if you set the joystick sensitivity to zero. This is great news if you want to play on Xbox and map the gyro to stick with a controller like the Armor X Pro. Sticky reticle is very annoying with gyro, this way with zero aim assist you get the normal smooth feeling you’d get with a native #gyroaiming implementation. #gaming
And I made it to Gold I ranking in #HaloInfinite tonight. #gaming #xbox

For every 4 terrible games where I absolutely suck I’m having one game like this. I’m starting to think that #haloinfinite ‘s skill matching is broken. Some lobbies are full of people way over my skill level and some way below. #gaming

I want to play the short lived #HaloInfinite event but this game is sooooo buggy! The codebase for this game is probably an insane mess and pile of technical debt. Every time it gets a minor update there are regressions galore! Some so huge that I am amazed it passed QA.
Right now your settings, they get wiped! That’s it, you have to remember them and enter them every time you play.
I won a reward here I think. What reward? Who knows! The thing crashed… 🤷♂️ #gaming

Erm? Microsoft doesn't need to intentionally add bugs, they do a great job of adding bugs unintentionally. Have you seen the known issues list for #HaloInfinite? Have you been a long-term Windows user?
My review of #HaloInfinite Season 3 so far is this:
* Chasm: Really cool level that encourages long-range fights. It is a classic arena level that just feels natural to play.
* Cliff: Oh God NO! Please NO!!!!! I don't like this at all.
* Bugs: Sadly the game is now riddled with bugs to the point that my PC won't run it at all, and on Xbox, it won't remember many settings and these have to be fixed manually every time you play! These are effective blockers to this game being enjoyable.
* Shop and battle pass: These look good to me, much more stuff than we normally see. So this is good.
I’ve had it with this #HaloInfinite update. Season 3 is a total mess! I’m not playing this game until it is fixed. #gaming
Sadly #HaloInfinite has gone from playable on #SteamDeck to unplayable. It just crashes out, I've tried various versions of Proton. #GamingOnLinux
