I hadn’t been using the #SteamDeck’s resume feature very much for the longest time, but it’s really so convenient; especially for games with a longer load time.

Being able to just pause / turn off most games (always connected games will disconnect) and quickly resume at any time is so nice.

I can't emphasize enough how incredibly well plays on !!!

It's perfect with gyro and rock-solid 60PFS never dropping.

I've not had the same luck docked as the controller hasn't felt as smooth. But on handheld? WOW! What an experience! I got MVP here in that team that seemed to be 3 Turkish friends playing and me who sneaked into their team.

Related to my latest video: people pointed out that Visual Studio is a major IDE missing from Linux, but available on Windows and macOS. Well, macOS is losing it as well, Microsoft just announced they would discontinue it for Apple’s OS.

I guess they won’t bring it to Linux any time soon, then (especially since they would argue that you can use Linux using WSL, and run Visual Studio on Windows at the same time)…

A key insight that’s helped me understand why dealing with others can be frustrating is that many people don’t practice basic forms of critical thinking.

• Empathy: putting yourself in the shoes of others to anticipate or understand how they’d react to your behavior or decisions.

• Cause & Effect: if you do X, it will cause Y and people will react in Z way. People failing to understand the incentives they or the system they’re in have created is a surprisingly regular occurrence.
