The marvellous 'hydropneumatique' suspension is the best known application of hydraulics in the #Citroen #DS. But the others are no less remarkable - the 'quick' high-geared power-assisted steering with its stylish single spoke wheel, the semi-automatic gearbox (shifted via the wand at the top of steering column - no clutch pedal) and the powerful brakes, operated via a short-travel 'mushroom' button. @agonzalez While I started with a ZX Spectrum in 1983 as a kid, my main #Z80 computer is the SAM Coupé - I bought my first in 1993 and immediately started programming on it.
Thirty years on, I still develop for the SAM Coupe having released a wealth of hardware, software and magazines over the years.

I used #ChatGPT tonight to help me brainstorm ideas for modifying / improving the guidelines & rules for or middle school Lego Robotics "BattleBot Competition." I used the generative AI ("I Can't Draw") feature of Padlet to display / share many of these ideas, & allow students to upvote / downvote & comment on the ideas. #edtech #STEM #NCed #AI
Clarification: When I said overlanders and off-roaders buy Broncos and Wranglers I mean those are the trendy in vehicles that you see in lots of videos and shows. Lots of people buy other things like Fortuners, D-Maxes, HiLux, Jimnies, etc... But all of those are affordable, they are not luxurious European SUVs!
Perhaps the competition are Land Cruisers and Patrols. Maybe... Its just that, another premium off-roader that's slightly smaller than an LC200 or 300.
