I feel like there’s a lot more conversation happening on Mastodon than Bluesky.

To get conversation, you have to go to the “What’s Hot” feed.

If you’re not hot, your posts don’t get a response.

This is good for shit posts. Not so good if you’re looking to get deep into topics.

When I share screen on #Zoom on my @system76 #Ubuntu laptop, the cpu goes through the roof, and gradually mouse control stops, video stops, and eventually the system crashes and restarts. Anybody else have this issue?

Many people came to Mastodon because it didn’t have those features.

But now that Mastodon will have those features, those folks should have a place to call home.
