Because I am an incredible cheapskate, I hand assembled a Open MVS (https://www.retrorgb.com/openmvs.html) board to consolize the cheap Neo Geo MV1C board I got. Arcade golf never looked so good! BTW I have extra PCBs and component sets so I might put them up on Tindie or something basically at cost.

Today, another much more obscure half-sister under the skin for the #Opel Astra in the form of #MG5 electric estate car. The D2XX platform developed by Opel for the last Astra launched under #GM ownership, the 2015 Astra K, is widely used around the world. I played quite a bit of #HaloInfiniteSeason4 and it doesn't seem to be a huge difference. There's infection mode and a few new levels. The jungle level (sorry forget the name) is cool but it struggles to get up to 120FPS, on my Xbox it is peaking at 120 but dipping to 106-ish regularly. #gaming
As for the state of the game, I don't think Series 4 will attract many new people. The population is what it is, we won't see many new people joining this game.
Still, I enjoy it :)

My thoughts on the whole Meta debacle are that the public absolutely requires commons where discourse can occur without the undue influence or ownership of those who are in power or already own everything.
People will find a path towards the freedom to talk and organize without repression or manipulation, whether that path includes Mastodon or something else.
No internet gathering place is, nor should be, permanent lest they grow into corruption or uselessness.
