I decorated over a damp patch that was caused by a leaky roof, before I sold my flat. I tried twice to fix the leak but the roofer couldn't find the cause.

Don’t get me started on sh*tty home vendor stories. 7mths between agreeing purchase & completion during which time vendor seemingly gave up on any pretence for straightforward, routine maintenance jobs.
