@GottaLaff I am just wondering what the judge can really do in such situation. I assume Trump doesn't care about fines.
@herid Hold him in contempt, jail him if he resists.
@herid @GottaLaff contempt under NY state law is potentially up to 30 days in jail and a $1000 fine. Would they impose that if he keeps talking? Who knows.
@Lassielmr @GottaLaff a fine of this size would mean nothing to Trump. Going to jail would but it would be very appropriate I find it almost impossible to imagine the judge will actually do it.
@herid @Lassielmr Right. He won't jail him. He could fine him, and right again, Trump won't care.
@herid It's up to the judge. A warning, then fined for contempt, most likely, I guess. I'm not a lawyer.
