@jagg2 yep, here. In case of emergency. I mean, some family member with zero knowledge needs help ASAP and is too far from me to drive there.
TeamViewer is great in one thing - download, open, give me number, I do the nerdy stuff, close and they delete the app. Nothing else I tried was able to reliably help me with this especially on Windows 7-10 Home edition.
