Leggo giusto oggi di questa lingua che esiste da 6 anni, inventata dalla studentessa e traduttrice canadese Sonja Elen Kisa, il Toki Pona.
Pare che ultimamente si stia diffondendo su internet, anche se va studiata e temo che più che diventare la lingua universale per chattare da tutto il mondo, sarà destinata a diventare un sottolinguaggio di piccoli gruppi. Credo che noi, ad esempio, ci potremmo cascare tranquillamente, dato che già il !Kung ci aveva provato. :)

Ha avuto successo prima tra gli appassionati di Tolkien, in effetti se io lo fossi stata mi sarei studiata le lingue elfiche. ;)
La lingua è nata in un momento di depressione dell’inventrice che, per vincere il suo umore nero, si è messa a fare un giochino con carta e penna che consisteva nell’inventare solo parole con significato positivo.
Toki Pona è costituita da 14 lettere (le cinque vocali più le consonanti k l m n p s t w j) ed è composta da sole 118 parole.
Penserete “e che potrò mai dire con 118 parole?”. Beh, ci sono persone che ne usano anche meno. :P
Ma dovete sapere che le parole in questa lingua assumono significati diversi a seconda di come vengono combinate, e che si tratta di un linguaggio estremamente semplificato nel quale temo non ci sarà spazio per grandi discorsi esistenziali e filosofici.
Toki Pona significa “buon linguaggio” o “linguaggio semplice” e secondo l’inventrice si ispira alla filosofia Taoista e a quella riduzionista.
Se volete impararne di più questo è il sito ufficiale, dove non ho potuto non notare che la sezione sesso è quella che ha il maggior numero di parole, d’altronde si sa come che uso viene fatto delle chat su internet. :P
Mentre qui trovate un piccolo corso che vi introdurrà alla lingua (in italiano ahimè non c’è, dovrete accontentarmi dell’inglese o del francese).
C’è anche qualche pazzo che ha inventato la Wikipedia in Toki Pona mentre su Yahoo! esiste già un gruppo di appassionati.

I read right now of this language that has existed for 6 years, invented by Canadian student and translator Sonja Elen Kisa, Toki Pona.

Toki Pona means "good language" or "simple language" and according to the inventor she is inspired by Taoist and reductionist philosophy.

While here you will find a small course that will introduce you to the language (alas there is no Italian, you will have to settle for English or French).
There is also some madman who invented the Wikipedia in Toki Pona while on Yahoo! there is already a group of enthusiasts.
