If anyone is curious on #cats and their ability to communicate to their humans -- allow me to illustrate what just transpired in my home.

My beautiful kitty Zara is a MaineCoon mixed with other, but seems very seafood and water focused. She's definitely a full blown #SwampPanther

Just now, she stopped what she was doing when I came into the kitchen to get a drink. She walked me to the guest bathroom and did the cat rub thing. I stooped to pet her and she rubbed me, then walked further into the room and looked back at me, slow blinking.

I realized what she wanted and went to get some ice to confirm. She came out of the room when she heard the ice machine and meow'd and ran back into the room as I approached.

I threw the ice into the tub, and she growled thank you as she jumped in to play with it as it melted.
