We’ve been doing experiments to study motor control of the arm by recording surface EMG (black rectangles) and the spiking of individual motor units using 32 channel injectable arrays (wire leading into the skin) shown here in my bicep and deltoid.
What a day! Played a concert, listened to the historic Hikaru vs Magnus final while driving to Toronto, finished off with @punchbrothers 😍
