I'm a residential landscape designer near Boston. I work mainly with East Coast #nativeplants and follow ecological #landscaping principles: #soil health, host plants for specialist insects, food and shelter for #birds, deep roots, big #trees, creating self-sustaining plant communities, and resilience to #ClimateChange. Not a scientist, but I read lots of research in #ecology and #horticulture.

Other interests: weird and rare plants, #parrots, #LGBTQ rights, voting rights, #writing, GIS, software engineering, MIT, music. Used to be a #UX designer. Connected to beloved places in LA, MS, and VA.
