Grrr! I hate #plannedObsolescence. A few years ago I bought a @ChiliSleep Ooler to keep the bed cool so I could sleep and it was amazing, but shortly after the warranty expired it started buzzing loudly and is keeping my wife and me awake. I contacted support and they said there was no option for repair and the only option was to completely replace it. They gave me a $200 off coupon, but does that mean I’m just expected to send them $800 every two years so that I can sleep?
