Pledges now add up to the #ParisAgreement's 'well below 2⁰C' and even getting closer to 1.5⁰C!
But there are enormous gaps to close, to policies/plans to match the pledges, and to action to actually achieve them.

Isn't it wildly disappointing that the current pledges actually aim for higher initial emissions than COP26? So the commitment is to do lots more theoretical work in the future, but for now only less than already planned and agreed on? 🤦♂️
