Teletrabajar está genial pero también tiene sus cosas. Esta última semana he estado literalmente "en la mierda", con una mezcla de agotamiento, catarro y algún tipo de virus. Como trabajo desde casa he continuado trabajando aunque no estuviese en condiciones, porque estando en casa no molestaba a nadie con mis mocos y mis toses pero el viernes la cosa ya era tan exagerada que no podía trabajar. Cuando he dicho en el trabajo que ese día no iba a trabajar porque no me encontraba bien se han sorprendido, no sabían nada de mi situación. Si hubiera estado en la oficina os aseguro que sí que se habrían dado cuenta.
La conclusión es que, cuando estamos teletrabajando somos mucho menos visibles así que no tengáis miedo de comunicar "de más", porque es necesario.

The other day I participated in a lively conversation about how much passion people put into turning a hobby into a profession, because then they will "work at what they love". I've done it. Twice.

Don't do it. Seriously. You will destroy the love for your hobby and it will end up being something you will deeply hate.

Las tres reglas básicas para lograr el éxito que daría en mi charla como coach motivacional:

- Da igual lo mucho que te esfuerces, todo depende del azar.

- Los que ya tienen mucho dinero tendrán más, normalmente quitándotelo a ti.

- El sistema está trucado en tu contra, pero te lo venderán como totalmente justo y el mejor del mundo.

Bonus:

- A los de arriba no les importas nada, para ellos eres un mero engranaje desechable. No les admires, no les respetes, no dejes que te engañen. Rebélate y estropéales la fiesta.
