My instutition is willing to join Mastodon soon. @leovarnet You can look at using a service like @buffer that can do exactly this.
And if you are simply looking to post to only a couple of channels such as Mastodon and Twitter, you can even get away with the free tier.
There are additional analytics and things available in the paid tiers, but the free service is great also.
