I hate websites that obscure how to log in as an existing member bc they want people to create accounts
@eris I get how annoying that is. But I always assumed that the premise was that existing members are more familiar with the website than new users. The design prioritizes creating an account over logging in as a courtesy to those who come for the first time.
I don't think they hope you'll create a new account every time you visit the site, do they?
