Eglot inlay hints working inside #Emacs, but this time using Flymake directly!
I have to cleanup a lot of things, and then I should be able to send a new patch to the mailing list.

@shadowmitia This looks awesome! Currently, are there any other language servers with inlay hints support in addition to rust-analyzer?
@mafty I haven't looked a lot into it yet, but clangd has it for sure.
