I find that some of my colleges are pretty good that math and physics but not having enough coding skills, this could do harm to their researches..... They need to understand lots of previous codes, to achieve a simple function, however for someone who doesn't have enough experience, reading FORTRAN codes written in the last century (ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS LIKE THIS) could be a real problem.
I shoud devote some of my free time into rewriting all this code in Python, so I don't need to explain the old FORTRAN code to students who are undergraduates
