@mcp_ : as far as I understand, from the article, they are complaining about a _BAD_ "ranking metholodogy" that they tried to improve.... with no success. So, at the end, they simply opted to get out from the (current) evaluation system.

I'm referring to these part of the article:

So, strictly speaking, they're *NOT* against "evaluation systems", as a whole... They simply want a "good one"!
