If you had someone want to join your collab, but then they don't show up for meetings - ask them what happened, it may be that they are not getting the emails 😫
(I did not want to be pushy but turns out the PhD candidate in question is still super interested and was also hesitant to ask why the invitations to the telecons did not come.)
