今晚做的勃艮第红酒炖牛肉。原来法餐sauce的秘诀就是炒面粉!成功做出白酱和棕色酱汁之后我觉得我已经掌握everything!!

@loopthisnight 其实秘诀就是多放油… 我之前做饭挺难吃的,有一天忽然悟了,一切美味秘诀都是多放油、狠加料、开大火、加点糖🤣🤣
