给大家分享一下我今晚非常简单且成功的晚饭!黑胡椒烤肋排配蔬菜。猪肋排昨晚提前用黑胡椒酱腌上放冷藏,今天表面酱汁刮下来直接在烤盘里跟切碎的蔬菜和蛋黄酱混合,上面铺肋排,210摄氏度烤四十分钟,超级!香!尤其下面的蔬菜浸透了排骨油、黑椒酱和蛋黄酱,非常美式的味道!!就可惜我们家这个破烤箱是单层火的蔬菜不够烂糊,要是能双面加热肯定更好吃哈哈
