今天又来上跳舞课,连上了技巧+拉伸+舞蹈。虽然我体重没变但是感觉人明显轻盈了,上次还死活爬不上管这次噌噌就往上蹿,倒挂起来一边的。而且感觉是喝姜黄茶的作用,肌肉痛和僵硬减轻很多,拉伸的时候触地变得很轻松!!给我朋友也安利了,她和她男友一起喝哈哈
