昨晚炖了猪肚鸡,整了地瓜粉蒸肉。因为懒得洗锅放在一个锅里煮了就没有上高压锅,猪肚鸡放了两个鸡架,感觉明显缺点味道。下次还是得炖真鸡。粉蒸肉绝顶成功,我嫌台湾米粉味道太淡了加了李锦记的烤鸭酱进去,变得甜甜咸咸的!!
