这两天密集实践的冥想技巧:屏蔽负能量、链接inner god和七轮打开。个人感觉都很管用,只要尝试开启保护屏障把负能量归还宇宙明显整个人会平静下来。inner god适合自己被欲望控制的时候使用(比如明明外面天气很好但就是想赖在床上刷手机),有奇效。七轮我都是睡前冥想,放松肌肉很管用,会感觉肌肉放松后有大量血流通过偶尔会跳动几下。今天很明显有那种活在当下的放松感,整个人做事情都慢了很多!
