昨晚炖了牛肉白萝卜汤,还买了一整条牛舌,今天处理了一下卤上了。我台湾朋友跟我说厚切烤牛舌很好吃,我今天早上好奇切了一截舌尖,哇靠根本咬不动,一查才发现好吃的是后半段。下午处理牛舌的时候切开后半段发现全是雪花肉,难怪炖出来油滋滋软糯糯那么香!!!切了一小块煎了真的好美味!!
