这几天控糖基本已经放羊了,加上降温一下子鼻炎大爆发而且整个人超级疲劳,毫不夸张我昨天在床上躺了一天什么都没干。好在听了《控糖革命》的书又提醒我这一茬,晚上炒了一大盘西葫芦胡萝卜油豆腐配了一点点米饭,饭后吃的奇亚籽布丁,今天起来一下子精神百倍哈哈哈!
