爬起来卤了排骨猪蹄油豆腐,晚上再烫个青菜弄个主食就是很丰盛的一餐了!!

这次卤水因为水少又加了高汤块咸度正好(和青岛特色排骨米饭比较接近,我个人口味可以更淡一点),最后煮了我老公的爹送的金丝瓜,火候正好放进卤汤里就变成面条状,吸饱汤汁超好吃!
