今天去健身房之前吃了一根香蕉一包杂粮饼干,感觉饭吃少了明显力气不够。不过猛干了一圈上半身,事后感觉肩膀都抬不起来,非常可怕我也就肩胸背各三个动作x四组x10还挺划水的。Alesia的neoness布局不太好,臀外展的机器离深蹲臀推的都太远还被人占满了我最后就只做了两个臀腿动作,感觉我的屁股尺寸跟之前已经不可同日而语了哈哈哈!血糖控制下来之后健身都有力气了!!
