最近开始疯狂摄入蔬菜,昨晚做了加了大量洋葱和蒜的火鸡肉酿馅儿番茄,外加甜醋渍烤甜椒,今天爬起来做了加山药泥的大阪烧放了巨量卷心菜!!

大阪烧好吃原来秘诀就是山药泥,口感会软软弹弹很正宗!我家里没有海苔粉柴鱼片美乃滋,往barbecue sauce里挤了点芥末也很好吃!?
