午饭吃多了晚上打的smoothie,放了综合莓果、芽苗菜、香蕉和椰枣,椰枣完全没打碎还是完整的在里面,整体酸甜的还有点萝卜辣味还蛮好喝的,小孩也跟着喝了好多,感觉以后她的蔬菜摄入就靠跟我喝smoothie了!
