Observing how developers work together is quite interesting. Every team eventually finds it's pace, if allowed, and it is not always by the book, if there is such a book.

@mlevison At least that's my understanding and lived experience. I wish more people would just take from all the frameworks what serves them, instead stressing how to do them right.
