Number of car companies that are #curl sponsors or paying customers: zero.

Seven years ago I estimated a hundred million cars ran #curl. Eight of the ten biggest car brands used it then. All the top three ones.

It probably means that there are some additional cars using curl now. libcurl really.

Lock-It-Up was the most popular Apple II copy protection ever. This is the master creator disk you could buy to protect your own programs. It is, itself, protected by Lock-It-Up.

Lock-It-Up was the one of the first protections I encountered on multiple disks, 11 years ago. I noticed minor code variations across disks, as if someone had picked options from a menu. This is the menu.
