There was an article a while ago profiling recent grads whose life plans had been disrupted by the shutdown of the "ivy league to Google/FB/Amazon" pipeline and it's like, I feel ya, but you should probably get used to that kind of thing.
Really had a lot of confidence the "college degree in whatever -> average journalism job -> comfortable middle class existence -> house -> family" plan would work itself out without me having to think about it too hard.
