@arstechnica I could see a different administration changing that law because it would "save money" by not needing people to sit there waiting to turn the key. And then they'd take that money and somehow put it into their personal funds and say it's a "donation" or "gift" for "services rendered", and then try to build a new hotel with it in Moscow by bribing Putin and cozying up to him.

But hey, maybe that's just me.
