I've been critical of Bluesky's (ridiculously tiny) character limit for some time, and I've commented on how context collapse was an issue on Twitter (under the previous management).

Concerningly, Bluesky's ultra tiny character limit seems to contribute to context collapse where people are accused of being child predators.

If someone is spending many hours on on-boarding clients, there likely is a way to speed that up with tech, however, "" as pitched by the likes of Sam Altman are an unreliable form of tech for accomplishing that.

Silicon Valley executives (or former executives) seem to be having great difficulty comprehending the concept of *decentralization*. They keep trying to find ways to add the centralization in when pondering on it, presumably because that is how *their* sites work.

Kerbal Space Program was an interesting idea. It's a game where you run your own space program and get to launch little green astronauts into space on your own spacecraft.

Well, there isn't much for me to go on so far with it.

Since it's early days, and it's clearly under construction, I don't really have an opinion on the former. But, I'm aware it's there. I would prefer something more grass-roots than what this seems to be though.

In the case of the latter, the guy was a more effective internet freedom advocate prior to launching the org (where he mainly did that anyway). I don't understand why he did that.
