The very same fake foundation backed by a far right British Home Office which was promoting things like chat control.

For the next update, I'm not planning on changing any underlying points, it is going to be more of a supplement.

One thing I'm thinking on commenting on is Covid (although, sometimes there is a better way to bring up a particular point, so that plan might change).

Can't say I'm surprised the Australian Government is in an awkward position over their alcohol rhetoric now. I said a month ago that messing with that wouldn't go over well with the public.

It's a category called "drugs and alcohol", so it could be either drugs, alcohol, or both. I don't know about alcohol but drugs have been a grounds for a ban before. I didn't convey that well initially.

Drugs might not mean illegal drugs either. I think controlled substances have been swept up by the definition before.

Australia banned a game called Fairy Snake created by Wei Zhang.

There is an advisory which says it contains drugs and alcohol. This is often a reason for banning a game. It also says it contains sexual themes.

The page is vague on what the game is about so I dug a bit further and found these images.

"MAGA beliefs that they are being censored by Biden might kill KOSA."

To be honest, everyone should be wary of giving control over speech to the government.

If you think about it, this is a nasty business practice where someone is unable to pay for the thing, so someone just decides to go off and sell their stuff.

This isn't an opinion on the game but on the business practice.

There is even (or was) a TV show about it where someone's things are auctioned off. It is essentially entertainment about someone getting screwed.

Maybe, there isn't a whole lot that someone can do with the items in an unpaid locker but damn.

If you don't know, the Liberal National Party is a coalition of the Liberal Party and the National Party.

Also, while they're called the Liberal Party, they tend to be a more conservative party. I suppose it might be more about the right economics.

For an idea of the sort of inappropriate flags they have embraced over the years, one is homosexual activity. There have been others too but this is the most glaring one.

One of the reasons I use Dr. Lehmiller's study is that it is a general study on sexuality, and looks at, basically, normal people (the general population), not an ultra narrow assessment of a handful of criminals carried out by a criminologist (also, let's face it, their job is to look at people through the lens of being "potential criminals") who might get too hung up on superficial patterns.

Rather curiously, he even appointed himself as the minister of science, and there were indeed bad science takes at that time, although maybe it's a coincidence.

An odd thing about the previous LNP Federal Government in Australia though is that the Prime Minister actually secretly appointed himself to various ministerial positions without even telling the people in those positions.

Things like this do happen. For instance, the Shadow Minister for Youth from the Liberal National Party in NSW, Australia appears to have been arrested for child abuse (and historically, his party have had bad takes).

I see someone has accused conspiracy guy of being a secret child abuser for being so obsessed with small things.

Well, I think there are reasons other than being American to not know about that.

If you don't know how shadow cabinets work, maybe you are American, there is the Prime Minister who leads up the government, then there are various "ministers" who are appointed (from elected politicians) to run particular areas.

The opposition (the largest party other than the one in power) creates their own "cabinet", a shadow cabinet, basically, with people who sit there criticizing the government.
