Now, random posts from a week ago going on about how the "election showdown" is coming are appearing.

A random post from two years ago appeared in my feed.

It's remarkably hard to find something I was just looking at shortly prior on this home feed.

It's honestly annoying when someone uses "AI generation" as a synonym for "deepfake" because these are *not* the same things.

The same applies to the "non-consensual" point. If someone is investigating the use of some "deepfake" tool, that is different from an "AI generation tool".

The "source" is a "report" from *2019* (from a British org) which doesn't look into AI generated content, it looks at content branded as being "deepfakes".

"Over 90% of AI-generated images are sexually explicit"
This is pretty much bullshit. This is easily debunkable just by looking at the sheer amount of content on the Internet which is *not*.

The E.U.'s "Big Tech" "transparency" database has so little context in it that I wonder how useful it is to anyone.

A fur suit sounds like a magic artefact that'll turn someone into a humanoid furry creature.

Hey guys!

Please, I am still on the search for any available Global remote opportunities for R developers, who can also build AI solutions in Python and design Web apps with HTML, CSS, and Javascript too.

If you know of any such opportunities, please pass them my way. I will be eternally grateful! 🙏

Someone said the bot instance (not the sort of bot which goes bothering other people) was shutting down but it doesn't look like it has.

Also, past these points (which actually come from others), they really should have been planning a different candidate a couple of years prior.

That was even what they said they would do, that he would be a one term transitory president. In the end, they left it to the last minute to shove in a candidate who no one really liked.

How is the state of journalism? How about local journalism? How are parties marketing themselves? How is activism at the grassroots?

Also, like when I suggested RCV (ranked choice voting), some problems are more in the electoral system. FPTP sucks. How easy is it for someone to cast a ballot?

As a recommendation, I'd suggest not focusing on comedians like a few did on Chapelle and the like in 2022. All that does is allow someone to say that "political correctness is out of control, you can't even make a joke". He wasn't really relevant.

Also, "anti-woke" comedy gets boring quickly.

Instead, consider more networking at a more local level. People like to imagine there is some short-cut they might be able to take. Maybe, portray a brighter world in bits of media, maybe because they work in showbiz. I don't think it is that simple and focusing too much on that makes it easier for someone to shout political correctness.
