Is Bluesky still weirdly puritanical? It's hard for me to immediately tell as it might involve a problematic algorithm or strangely specific moderation.

Looks like a demo for a Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster got banned. The name of the company on the ban list is in another language but it translates to Capcom.

Calling out censorship is important.

With the Overlord anime / novel (frankly, someone should probably read the novel as it has extra information), the main character is very powerful with loyal followers. However, he is also comically bad at management and doesn't know what is going on a lot of the time, and is kind of like "yeah, yeah" to his subordinates.

If he says any random word though, the subordinates take it as some brilliant plan which they implement and are like "brilliant plan, supreme one". Sometimes, he accidentally does something "brilliant".

His background was just an ordinary salaryman who liked to play MMO games before being transported.

"As a framework, Basis provides you with all the necessary tools to create your own Platform to use as a Ready-To-Use Foundation to be built upon. This allows you to focus on your vision, without needing to do any heavy lifting to get going. Basis is designed with great care to remove any barrier that previously made VR projects notoriously hard to set up.

We are a MIT-Licensed project with a focus on open development and full access to any optional modification desired or required."

Once again, it's a Silicon Valley tech firm with what sounds like comically bad moderation practices.

Someone is accusing Bluesky of still engaging in puritanical censorship.

In one anime, they think they are dealing with an AI running things... But, it's actually humans.

I suppose that if ChatGPT starts to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, then we're in trouble.

Joking, of course.

In Lain, the Internet is like a force field which covers everything.

I'm not sure the Bluesky bridge has synchronized every older post made after it went down.

Unfortunately, now that the Bluesky bridge is roughly synchronized up, we aren't going to be able to spend time talking about how the bridge doesn't work.

We'll have to talk about something else. Lol.

The way that time and space is realigning on Bluesky reminds me of the times when this instance was down for maintenance for a few days.

As fun as I'm sure it is to exist on a different timeline, Bluesky seems set to realign with the bridged accounts very soon.

I would have made these posts sooner, but this instance was bugging out hard earlier, so I gave up trying.

I think it's important to know about new developments in the anime field, like this Singaporean company (although, I have doubts their shows are going to be popular).

When you hear of what Singapore is like though, you kind of think "why on earth would someone want to live there".

Every now and then, a 500 floats out.

I have a lot to read (and clearly a lot of anime to watch too).
