I have always made heavy use of the train ticket I get from university (it's included in the per-semester enrollment fee). Now, apparently, the ticket is no longer printed onto my university ID, instead I am forced to use some shitty google application on my phone to use it. This is objectively worse in every single way and I am genuinely baffled / annoyed.
