Just make people aware of and use that for , , and for almost everything.

After record deficits during Covid19, it is clear that is correct and it is an opportunity to abandon macroeconomic dogmas once and for all.

For your interest, I learned today that it's better to say "Lunar New Year", instead of Chinese New Year:

1. Free and Open Source software.
2. being an outliner let you structure your notes atomically as you type them; you can tag multiple blocks at once using indentation; you can focus the view on a block and its children.
3. with page and block properties you can build a relational database.
4. you can just focus on taking notes without caring too much where to put them since you can retrieve them back with queries.
5. Support for HTML and Hiccup.

Every time search gets a bit easier, whether it’s because of a new algo or a UX breakthrough, somebody will proclaim that searching will supersede browsing or curating.

@ck @deavid @aral @cancel Capitalism cannot self-regulate. The U.S. missed the point where government could regulate capitalism and now capitalism owns the government. The goal of capitalism was never competition, but monopoly and domination.

Some facts I want people to know about the #LunarNewYear !

1. I'm really glad to see more people/corporations using #LunarNewYear instead of just #ChineseNewYear. CNY should of course be used when referring to that particular event, but not every culture celebrating Lunar New Year this weekend are celebrating Chinese New Year.

2. In particular, we Vietnamese people celebrate a holiday we call Tết, which is what we call our Lunar New Year.

@303

It's a wrong use of both "UX" and "engineering" terms.

@hirnsushi@strangeobject.space @pallenberg

It already has a lot of supporters on OpenCollective and they will offer paid sync and publish.

@pallenberg @hirnsushi@strangeobject.space

There is as a FOSS alternative to Obsidian, Notion and Roam. It works with local Markdown files like Obsidian but you can build databases like in Notion (though it's not as advanced as Notion in this area).

@mimame

Do you know that `t d` shortcut enable Document Mode in ? It hides bullet points and you can use as it was Obsidian in some pages, maybe avoiding indentation.

@me @aral

FYI is a FOSS alternative that works with local files, they use end-to-end encryption for their sync service and they will do so with the future collaboration feature.

Not nearly as annoying (scope wise) but same pattern: declined my invite of #tana. An innovative #pkm system I really like to explore but. ...

Really? A personal knowledge system in which I put all kinds of stuff .... behind a Google authentication and build upon a Google cloud.

> You have several years of experience with developing interfaces, ideally in React. You are familiar with state management, and you know the value of decomposing bigger interfaces into reusable components.

This is a job for a frontend web developer mixed with one for an UI/UX designer, wth.
