My understanding is that mastodon itself supports so-called “quote tweets,” but they aren’t implemented on most servers. They’re implemented on the server I use, though, so this should appear to be quoted.

It’s a fork of mastodon pre-4.x, so it doesn’t have, for example, post editing (yet). Then again, it took 4.x to catch up to a number of features qoto.org has had for quite some time, so I guess it balances out.
@ryanmr For example, I initially forgot to change the visibility on my reply, as I like to do, so I had to “delete and re-draft” to fix that. Unfortunately.
