At what point do we stop with all the boycotts and actually throw hands at these corporations?

I'm tired of "hurting their wallets" and just want to hurt them!

@majorlinux The fascinating book “How to Blow Up a Pipeline” was focused on corporations from a climate change perspective, but offered interesting guidelines. They hypothesized that companies had taken climate change seriously as of X date, and pointed out more projects had been built since then, so the sabotage or destruction of those new projects would really just be restoring the status quo. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@pwinn I would argue at that point that doing nothing would be more dangerous.

Maybe not blowing up a pipeline, but seizing the company for the people and dismantle it could be an option.

@majorlinux

One of the points made in that book seemed really important: ultimately, this is all very dangerous. People will get hurt and even die, so the cause must be worth that. The author says climate change is.

@pwinn I absolutely agree.

The alternative of doing nothing means that many people are already dying due to our inaction.
