I'm looking for a programmer who's looking for a short project bounty. Task is building a file format conversion tool for taking a single well known input file and returning a set of files in a known format. C++ sample code that does something very similar is ~500 SLOC. Not sure what's a reasonable bounty, but if you're interested, hit me up.

@smari Maybe more details? Allowable languages, performance requirements? Assuming you're budgeting a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.

@smari One time I got stuck getting paid peanuts for spending a day making minor modifications to some terrible PHP on a server I could only access via illegal TeamViewer, so I'd like more details

@radehi Hi! Yah, budget is pretty small ─ low hundreds. This is the kind of thing I'd write in an evening. Performance isn't a major issue since it's a run-once kind of thing (it's literally one input file, which will never change). Language is dealer's choice. I hear you on getting stuck with shit pay, nobody wants that kind of buggery.

@smari Can be hard to outsource things you'd write in an evening; glad you made it work.
