@greyor ah, now that you mention it, I remember getting into it a few years ago with someone who said that drinking milk was tantamount to rape. But that's been about it. I know a lot of very chill vegan people. I live in a town that has a higher than average number of vegans/vegetarians. No one's ever been much of an asshole about it. It really has been just the Linux stuff, which is strange to me because I almost never see people complaining about pushy tech bros.

@greyor to be clear: I see people complaining about tech bros, but the complaints are more like, "ugh, they worship Elon Musk" or "they think they're smarter than everyone else" or "they're creepy at people they perceive as potential sexual partners", and not so much, "ugh, they won't stop telling me to install fucking Linux."
