Remember:
No matter how much someone annoys you, they are _edible_.
Don't think of how irritated you are by them. Think about:
1. How to kill them
2. Ways to butcher the human carcass
3. Recipes for "long pork"
This not only calms the mind but prepares you for when the SHTF and you are gonna hafta eat people just to have enough energy to shoot back at the rioters.

From early in the pandemic:
Someone left an N95 mask and a pump bottle of hand sanitizer inside their car, in plain sight.
Wrote a note explaining that if you're outside the car, you need to be wearing both.
I put it right on the steering wheel where they can't miss it, after I broke in to steal that stuff.
