Peyto Lake is also known as Bear Lake for the obvious reason. We made a quick stop there on our way from Jasper to Banff. It was a bit of a climb to get to the viewing point but many people from the opposite direction who saw me huffing and puffing my way up there were so kind and supportive. "You're almost there!" "It's worth it!" And it was. What a gorgeous view.
