They're only doing now as the current Whitehouse would roast them alive for it. When Trump got in last time he ended Obama I-II debanking policy, but Obama III put it right back in... the banks were more than happy to go along with it. The banks want to do it as they never pushed back, and they should be charged for their crimes.
