@vanbadham fascinating, it makes me wonder if there is now grounds for compensating neighbours for new buildings that cast an overwhelming shadow?
On the other hand, the obligation to collect and sharing renewable energy to all, may become a civic duty. I would rather donate my surplus electricity to those in need, than exchange for peanuts with a large energy corporation.
